In my opinion, the music does make the scene feel more shocking. But, I can see why they left it out. Sometimes silence is enough

I got a VC120 tape from a yard sale a year or two ago. It’s completely unlabeled, except for some stray black sharpie marks, and “AG7060” (or maybe “AB7969”?) Is it possible to transplant the tape from one of these into a VHS tape housing?

Have you had any luck figuring out what tracks the battle music is made up of? I know on the Soundblaster version it opens with the Decker-Redshirt fight music from The Doomsday Machine but beyond that I've never been able to piece it together.

I have so many memories of playing this at my grandparents' house in Kentucky. In 1998, my maternal grandfather let me have the disk which the game was on. If I could play it again on Boxer (Mac counterpart of DOSBox), it would be amazing - however, there's been many conflicts with my computer (especially the current OS on my Mac) which renders me unable to play this. My maternal grandfather would be looking down at me and smiling from heaven. He was one of the many lives claimed in the tornado that struck Western Kentucky back in 2021 😢 RIP Grandpa.
